Yes, 24/7 with staff always available.
What booking options are available?
Guests can choose flexible rates (cancellation up to 2 days before, preauthorized card) or non-refundable rates (immediate payment, 7% discount, available up to 14 days before arrival).
Do you accept last-minute or walk-in bookings?
Yes, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included in the booking. In the common areas, a microwave, kettle, and fridge are available, and several cafés are located nearby. For groups, breakfast can be arranged only upon prior request and at an additional cost.
Is it possible to order special meals (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)?
Yes, for groups it is possible to arrange breakfast, lunch, and dinner on-site for a fee. Requests must be made in advance, at the time of booking. Menu can be customized upon request based on allergies, intolerances, or religious requirements.

What are the prices?
Prices vary depending on season, rate, and room type.
Is a deposit or advance payment required?
Yes, it depends on the selected rate: for the flexible rate, the credit card is pre-authorized before arrival, while for the non-refundable rate, payment is charged immediately at the time of booking.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, debit card, or cash. The tourist tax is paid exclusively on-site.
What is the cancellation policy?
With the flexible rate, cancellation is free up to 2 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation, a penalty of one night will be charged, while in case of no show, the full stay amount will be charged. The non-refundable rate does not allow cancellations.
